Ben Stiehl, b.s.

founder & owner of Custom Craft Homes
Ben is currently a general contractor in his 20th year of delivering creative solutions and consistent results to the Corvallis residential construction community. The foundations of his achievements are his trade skills as a carpenter, technical design knowledge, and an unwavering work ethic. Over the years, Ben has continually developed his skills as an Auto CAD instructor, carpenter, designer and drafter, remodeler, superintendent, general contractor, and housing developer. Building Since 1985

Ben Stiehl’s EARLY START
Ben has long had a dream of becoming a home builder. Growing up with a father who was a construction project manager for over 35 years you could say he was “born into it”.

Housing Studies

Ben Stiehl’s Educational History

During his undergraduate and graduate work at Oregon State University Ben discovered his passion for building design. He also instructed computer drafting at an undergraduate level and conducted graduate work in human behavior in the built environment.

When Ben is not working, he spends his time with his wife Amanda and their three children, Hannah, Grace, and Jacob. The kids love visiting Dad “on the job” and Dad loves the opportunity to continue the tradition
